By creating an account or using Vouch, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

You must be 21 or older to use Vouch. Each person may have one account, and you're responsible for keeping your password safe.

Vouch is in a testing phase. Every new account receives $100 in virtual money. All money used, won or lost in the app is virtual, has no cash value, and cannot be deposited, withdrawn or exchanged for anything.

We may adjust or reset balances during or at the end of testing.

Play on your own and play honestly. Using bots, scripts, multiple accounts, shared answers or any trick that interferes with a game is not allowed. We may cancel results, remove winnings or close accounts that break these rules.

Results are decided by our servers, based on the rules on the How it works page. Vouch keeps 10% of each pot, and the top 30% of players share the rest. If a match is called off, a game is interrupted or something goes wrong on our side, we may cancel the vouch and refund every stake. We do our best to keep questions accurate, but mistakes can happen.

While we're testing, features, rules and these terms may change, and the app may sometimes be unavailable. If we change these terms, we'll update the date above. Continuing to use Vouch means you accept the changes.

Vouch is provided as it is, without guarantees. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for any loss that comes from using the app or from it being unavailable.

We store your email address, a username made from it, a securely hashed version of your password, and your game and wallet activity. We use this only to run Vouch and improve it. We don't sell your data or share it for advertising.

Other players see only your username, never your email. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.
